Hotime Saga

Hotime Saga is a lewd adventure game that I recently spent quite a bit of time with. The game, as I write this is still being worked on, but there is more than enough in the build that I played to make this worth checking out. This is a fun game that has a sci-fi twist to it and that is something that greatly appealed to me, and it is what I think will make this get its claws into you and never let go. Also, the fact that this game is just absolutely gorgeous to look at also helps make you want to keep on playing.

Who's Really In Charge?

The world that Hotime Saga is set in is something that clicked with me right away. There are human like androids in this world, but rather than the androids serving humanity. Androids are the ones who are in charge here and humanity is there to serve their needs. Granted, as I write this, I have no idea how all of this is going to play out. However, I am really digging the tone and direction that the story is going in so far so I have very high hopes for how this whole thing is going to turn out. In many ways, it is like some kind of sci-fi drama, and that is pretty cool.

These Ladies Are Keeping Me Busy!

While there is that overarching story about humanity and androids in Hotime Saga, most of the story content that I came across in the game was the interaction with the ladies in this world. Each of the characters that you encounter feels unique and as of writing, we have Astra and Rachel as the main love interests, but you do interact with other ladies and characters too. The writing is very witty and has a kind of natural vibe about it, well natural as far as a sci-fi story with androids can go of course. Even though it clearly has a long way to go, I am enjoying what I have encountered so far.

No Rest For The Wicked In This City

You may think that Hotime Saga is the kind of game where you just click around a map, and there are certainly elements of that here. You bring up the map menu and you can pick which girl you want to go to or if you want to go to work and so on. However, there is so much more on offer here. There are a series of mini-games. For example, you may be tasked with giving a girl an ice cream, but you have to put the ice creams in order before the timer runs out. You may have to dish out some pizza, and you may even have to walk through a maze while avoiding detection. Add to this a visual novel dialogue system and even some RPG elements like a skill tree, and you have a pretty meaty game as far as the gameplay goes.

The Future Sure Does Look Great

While there is a solid story and interesting characters in Hotime Saga, not to forget some pretty awesome and engaging gameplay. This whole package is tied together with some fantastic presentation! The characters are nice and thick and I love the way that their boobs are always bouncing. I only encountered a handful of lewd scenes, but they were smoothly animated, and I was even shocked to hear some voice acting that was not bad at all. The whole game has a very high end look to it, and I could not be any more impressed by how good the visuals of this game are.

Pros:

• I liked the different romance options I was given
• The visuals in this game are truly fantastic
• I liked the RPG elements and the varied gameplay
• I can only see this getting better and better

Cons:

• As of writing, the game is still pretty far from being complete
• The voice acting is decent, but I do think it is AI
