And even though we're not covering that game here, the game we're talking about here is following in the same footsteps. It's the third entry in a popular franchise of cartoon racing games, that's right, we're obviously talking about Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway, as you've already read in the title anyways. So, what's up with this cartoony racing game that's set to take older and younger ones into nostalgia-driven, action-packed races? Well, let's talk about it!

About the game

Featuring a cast of 40 iconic characters, Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway offers a colossal combination of action and high-speed shenanigans in multiple game modes. Drift, slide, and slide your way to the finish line on new and old tracks, and environments inspired by legendary Nickelodeon animated series such as SpongeBob SquarePants, The Ninja Turtles, Avatar, and many more.

The terrain will be varied to make each lap and race feel unique, which translates into the vehicle having the ability to adapt to the terrain, i.e. turning into a boat to go from land to water in a very dynamic way. This is just one example of how the developers have tried to add a bit of extra spice to the gameplay. There's also a story mode for those who want to follow the plot and try to unlock all the trophies, while there's also a multiplayer option where you can compete against other players online or on split-screen.

What's different here?

As for the differences from its predecessor, this third installment will also feature a more varied terrain in its 36 circuits, which will give the karts the ability to turn into bikes or boats depending on the terrain we are crossing at that moment. The karts will also be highly customizable, including the paint schemes and parts of each vehicle, giving free rein to our creativity.

We have another series of games such as Nickelodeon Kart Racers, whose first installment, we must be very honest, was a total and complete disaster, but we must understand, since it was his first attempt and, after a while, with some experience, we received a sequel Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Gran Prix that was much better.
