Railway Empire follows the footsteps of Railroad Tycoon. It has taken the same idea and come up with an engaging content to give players a new experience. It offers depth and detail, with eleven scenarios each offering a new challenge. This game has a free mode and a campaign mode. The free mode lets the player choose the business model, location and time period. The campaign mode includes five unique chapters.

What Is This Game About?

The purpose of this game is to expand your locomotives role. This can be done by buying or building railways stations, purchasing over 40 unique trains and you have to maintain the area around your network to be better than your competition. You can maintain factories, buildings and tourist attractions.

Of course all of this can not be done alone, so you will have to hire and manage workers as well. As you progress through the game and technologically advance, you will also have to make technological improvements to the train and upgrade the infrastructure of your workplace.

With the option of free mode, Railway Empire can be played with multiple players unlike Railroad Tycoon. This game is good for all train lovers who want to experience the railroad industry in a simulation form. It has slightly unintuitive controls which can be hard to manage, so there is a bit of a learning curve that comes with this game.
