Compared with the other visual novels, Royal Alchemist adds a mixture of romance, political intrigue, and survival mechanics. Games like Fate/Stay Night REMASTERED have, in their theme, an element about power struggles and the supernatural or magical fighting, yet Royal Alchemist differentiates itself through its raising simulation aspect and how player choices manifest their direct impact on the fate of the kingdom. There are eight different endings, which provide sufficient replay value. These multiple endings reflect the choices one has made during the game: whether it is whom you allied with, which love interests you courted, or how far you managed to keep the princes safe. Royal Alchemist is a visual novel with elements of dating simulator. Go to the kingdom, the morning of which is darkened by the news of the king's death. Three princes are not ready to accept the throne and the king's younger brother has taken the place of the temporary ruler. The king's murderer has not been found, the regent is on the throne and the people are outraged. So the provisional ruler asks for a solution from the magical consulate, which is not subject to the authority of either country. The consulate sends you, the heir of an ancient family of alchemists to instruct the young princes and to coronate the true heirs as soon as possible.
