Summer Scent

It feels like there are about ten different versions of Summer Scent in this one game! This is a pretty feature packed lewd visual novel game that has pretty much every kind of kink you could imagine somewhere inside of it. I think, for the most part, we have a pretty interesting story being told here, but ultimately, your enjoyment of it is going to depend on which of the many paths you end up going down. I played through the game once to completion and wanted to share my thoughts on it with you fine folks today.

Summer Of Love

The main character that we play as in Summer Scent is kind of a simp if I am being honest. You have a bit of a strained relationship with a few different women such as your sister and your friend and there are other chicks in this town too. You decide to live with your friend and another chick and it is trying to be a slice of life kind of story about you trying to find out which girl is right for you. I went for the “throuple” route and romanced the two girls to see how that played out.

Who Even Are You?

No doubt if you are reading this you are no stranger to lewd visual novel games. Summer Scent is typical in many ways in that the story and the characters can radically change depending on the choices you make. However, the changes in this game are pretty radically different. One path can have a girl being relatively normal with you, a different choice later and she is a militant dominatrix that will do some pretty nasty stuff to you! The characters feel kind of bipolar in this game as their whole personalities can change on a whim and this can make things rather hard to keep track of.

Keeping You On The Good Path

As I said, characters in Summer Scent can change quite dramatically in their personalities as you progress through the game. The thing is, you do get to make quite a few different choices as you progress through the story. I would say that it is a mixed bag as far as knowing what choices you need to make in order to stay on the path you want or to move to the right path your heart desires. There were some occasions where none of the choices felt right! Then, on the other hand, there are other times when it is very obvious which one you need to pick.

Just Because You Can. Doesn’t Mean You Should!

One thing that I am going to say is a positive in Summer Scent that may surprise you is that there are no animated sex scenes in this game! How can that be a positive? Well, just before I played this, I played another lewd game (who I will not embarrass here!) and the animations in that game were so jerky, bad, and embarrassing, I wondered why they bothered! With this game, they know that they have some amazing character renders, and rather than spoil these with less than great animation, they have just gone for the static image approach and it actually works very well.

Pros:

• I liked how many different ways the story could go
• The character renders are great
• It is quite generous with the XXX content
• I liked the way the love triangle storyline I was in played out

Cons:

• The main character could do with growing a pair if you know what I am saying!
• Some of the changes in the characters can be rather jarring

Summer Scent is a visual novel with many endings, where a young guy stays in a stately cottage for the summer with two beautiful girls.

Jack

It's good to be the son of rich parents. Luxury accompanies golden youth throughout their lives. Such children don't have to strain to get the basic goods that everyone needs - housing, food, and money to live on. The protagonist of the short story Summer Scent is Jack, a guy from a wealthy family who came of age.

Summer and Vacation

Summer is beginning: hot American weather, long-awaited vacations after summer, cheerful faces on the streets. On top of that, Jack has finished his last semester of high school. Graduation went well - students told each other about their plans for life, teachers shared their life experiences and encouragement, and parents were proud of their children.

Jack, by a happy coincidence, stays home alone for the whole summer. The folks are away on vacation while the young guy decides where to enroll and spends his carefree free time (for the first time in his life not a vacation). A mansion with two floors, a swimming pool, clean and comfortable rooms are now at the kid's disposal. You can organize a party like in the movie "Project X: The Thorns", invite prominent ladies to the party, get them drunk on alcohol, but Jack promised his father that there would be no parties at home.

Love shows up unexpectedly

Every visual novel hides a love story, Summer Scent is no exception. The main character has been in love with Eve for five years. Eva is a babe with a top-notch figure and sassy looks:

• Black well-groomed hair, but with a punk girl style
• Huge butt that attracts the attention of the best of suitors
• Thin eyebrows from nature, which are a girl's thing and her highlight
• Adorned with big eyes and a pretty face

This babe made Jack break a promise he had made to his father.

When there was a knock at the door, Eva stood on the doorstep... She had brought Cassie, a friend, along with her. Both girls were drunk: their bodies shaky, their tongues slurred, the smell of alcohol coming out of their mouths. When the girls found out that Jack was staying alone all summer, they immediately offered to spend a good time together. A threesome was a great idea for Jack, who still has his love for Eve in his heart.

The player will live with the two girls and have fun:

• Intrigue and provoke feelings

Gameplay Details

The choice is in the hands of the player. It is up to the user to decide how to act. To be persistent and stubborn or flexible and cunning? Avoid drunken parties or succumb to the passing desire to drink? In addition, the user will find bright and juicy erotic scenes, which are presented in the form of animations.
