If you are on the lookout for a fun boys love lewd visual novel, Blooming Panic is a game that I highly recommend you give a try. It has fantastic visuals a great selection of love interests and it has a very love in a digital age vibe going for it with the story that it is telling. I was very impressed with this. It has a high level of polish and it is one of the better gay lewd visual novels that I have checked out in the last couple of years. Having spent a lot of time with the game, I feel I can now share my thoughts about it.

By The Fans For The Fans

One thing that I love about Blooming Panic is that the story has a slice of life thing going for it and I am sure it is something that is relatable for many of us. We play as a regular guy who is sick of his job and just wants something more in his life. He gets into this web novel and finds out that there is an online group of fans for this web novel and he decides to join up so he can chat with likeminded people and perhaps even find a special connection with someone.

The Beatles

Hey, I said The Beatles because what we have here is a fab four when it comes to love interests in Blooming Panic. The story is basically about us getting to know these four guys. Nightowl is a cute guy who is also a student, Quest is the guy that runs the forum we are on, xyx is a bit of a troll and loves to have fun and he wants to mess with us and lastly, we have NakedToaster who is awesome in my book because he loves Final Fantasy. The characters are well written and I did find that I found a connection in some way with each of them so that was cool.

A Real Commitment

One of the most surprising things about Blooming Panic was just how big this visual novel was. If you want to see all eight of the endings all of the XXX content and go down every path, you are easily looking at around 8 or so hours of gameplay here. The game has a very light and fun vibe to the way the story is presented and it makes you want to make choices that feel right and natural in the moment. It feels like a visual novel that has some real substance to it, unlike some others which can be played through in 30 minutes or less!

Now if you get that, you are awesome and welcome to hang out with me and watch some old school WWF any time! Blooming Panic is a great looking game. Most of the attention here has gone to our four love interests, each one has their own vibe about them. Nightowl for example is short and has a kind of “I stayed up all night look about him” whereas NakedToaster is a long haired Adonis who stands at over 6 feet tall. I love the whole colorful dream like vibe the visual has and as you would expect, the XXX content is pretty damn awesome, especially as you get so connected to the characters.

I had such a great time with Blooming Panic. This was one of those games that was just so much fun to play and the kind of game that is great to talk about with other fans which is kind of interesting as that is basically what the plot of the game is about! It gives you choices that feel like they mean something and the fact that all four of the guys are very easy on the eyes is awesome. If you are into boys love lewd games, this is one that you do not want to miss out on.
