Buried Desires

Man, Buried Desires is a very weird game to talk about. This game has not been out all that long, but it has had a couple of substantial updates and that is really the focus of what I am talking about today. The first part/release of this game was great, it was a fun premise and I was excited about the next update, but this second update does a 180 and changes things in a way I am not cool with.

Hot For Teacher

The initial part of the game has our main character, a teacher taking a job at a new school which is pretty wild. It is full of female students and faculty members that are kind of crazy. You also have a homelife which is pretty nuts too and in general, you are trying to make the best of it and get laid in the process.

I thought working as a teacher at school like this made Buried Desires a game that was pretty interesting. Then the latest update came out and changed things into this weird mystery-type story that feels like it is a completely different game. They created these interesting characters in the first part and then they are just ditched with the latest update. It was very jarring and made me lose a lot of interest.

Down With Homework Up With Skirts!

Buried Desires is a great-looking game. There are some very good-looking character models in this game, even if your niece is way too young looking for my liking. Still, the sex content in the game is very well done and I think the character models and the look of the game in general look solid.

A huge part of the reason why I think the visuals are so appealing in the game is because of the way they make you get to know the characters. Look a hot chick is a hot chick, there is no denying that. However, I do feel that a good-looking character is even more appealing when you feel like you know them.

A Game Of Two Halves

Ok, so we are going to talk about the gameplay on offer in Buried Desires and it is a bit of a mixed bag. In the first part of the game, our MC, the teacher is very easy to get into. You have to make various choices that are about the various students at the school and also your family life too. It is a good mix and there is a lot of things that you have to keep an eye on and work towards.

Then we got that big update. The update was rather lackluster and the main reason I say this is that they take away the important choices you got to make in the first part of the game! That would be bad enough, but they also made the MC a real jerk and his relationship with his niece turns into a more abusive relationship. It feels like a completely different person came up for this latest update.

Pros:

• I thought the whole being a teacher thing was interesting
• There are some great looking character models
• You also have to juggle your homelife
• Plenty of interesting choices to be made

Cons:

• The most recent update spoils the game
• The second part of the game makes the MC very unlikeable
