Dreams of Desire: Definitive Edition

Dreams of Desire: Definitive Edition is a pretty interesting game. Off the top of my head, I cannot think of another lewd game that has ever gotten a definitive edition before! This one here is a lot of fun and one of the more polished lewd visual novels that I have played. I will say that if you have played a lewd visual novel before, you will not find anything new brought to the genre here, but I still think this is a fun time and those fantastic visuals sure do help keep you invested.

I Told You Reading Was Good For You

The story that Dreams of Desire: Definitive Edition is telling is, well it is ok. We play as a guy who lives with his mom and two sisters and he is about to be shipped off to military school.

He comes across this old mysterious book that teaches him the power of the mind and before long he has the power to get people to do what he wants. There are different endings and different paths, but the basics here are that you want to use your powers to bang all of the chicks, oh, and avoid being sent to military school.

Choices In Life Do Matter

I am pretty sure there are seven different endings in Dreams of Desire: Definitive Edition and there are different dialogue paths that can occur as you make your way to those endings. It is your typical visual novel game in many ways. You read a bit of text, try to learn what makes a character tick, and then pick the response you feel is right. One thing that this game does add to the gameplay are some point-and-click adventure style sections which do help keep things from getting stale.

More Bang(ing) For Your Buck

As this is the definitive edition, you are getting some extra content as well as the base game of Dreams of Desire. You get all 12 of the original episodes, but you do also get The Lost Memories story which is made up of three chapters and you also get The Holiday Special DLC as well. These give you many more sex scenes to playthrough!

Hitting The Gym

Dreams of Desire: Definitive Edition is a great looking game! What I love about this game are that the female characters have all clearly been hitting the gym as the majority of them are pretty damn shredded! It is a great look and gives the game a fantastic style. I like the realistic approach and the game also features some amazing animation for the sex scenes too.

I only have two issues with the presentation. First of all, with so much effort put into making the characters look so good, I do wish that they also had voice acting. Secondly, the MC has one of the strangest looking penises I have ever seen in a lewd game. With everything else looking so great, it really does stand out.

• You get all of the DLC which adds in many more scenes
• There are different endings you can get

Cons:

• The dude penis is kind of strange
• I wish that the game had voice acting
