Monster XXXperiment

Monster XXXperiment is a game that felt like it was made for me. I have a real thing about monster girls and as this game is based around learning about various different monster girls (and monster guys too) I knew that it would be something that I could have some fun with. I do not think that the game is fully finished yet, but there is still a decent amount of content in this game for you to get invested in. I think that if the developer keeps what they have, but fleshes it out more, this could honestly be a 9/10 game for me.

Welcome To NYLIC Laboratories

The setting of the game is the mysterious MYLIC Laboratories which is a research institute that is all about discovering what makes monster girls and guys tick. What they like and dislike and just studying them and their behaviors. I have played a ton of monster girl games, but I think that this is the first one I have played where we are playing a more “scientific” kind of role as we find out more about them. It is honestly a fantastic premise and the writing is very well done and gets more connected and invested in what is going down.

My Dream Job!

Monster XXXperiment sees us playing as a monster researcher and we have just started this job. We are tasked with looking after and researching a bunch of sexy monster girls. The idea is that we need to make these monsters as happy as can be so that they will let us research them better. This is how we are going to climb the ladder here at NYLIC Laboratories! If we do not keep the monster girls and guys happy, we may very well find that we are terminated from this amazing job.

Happy Monsters Happy Life

The gameplay of Monster XXXperiment is like a mixture of a lewd management game and a lewd visual novel. We get a new monster and we have to decide what room they are going to live in. We then have to set the temperature, decorate the room, and so on to make sure that they are happy. It can be challenging to know what a monster needs to be happy, but that is part of the fun. Once you set them up, you pretty much just leave them to it, earning a lewd scene with each monster if your research goes right. The gameplay here is solid, I just think it needs a little bit more to make it truly awesome. There is not much to do with a monster once you have them all set up the way that they want.

Little Pixel Monsters Turn Into Sexy Beasts

I love what they have done with the visuals in Monster XXXperiment. There are two very different visual styles in this game. There are these large and well detailed character portraits and sex scenes that are clearly the work of a very, very talented artist. You have a good selection of monster girls and guys and a ton of personality shows through thanks to the art. The actual “management” aspect of the game is done with a chibi style that is just so cute and a ton of fun to see. Your little monsters walking left and right is sure to put a smile on your face.

Pros:

• We have a nice selection of monster babes and dudes
• The premise of the game is a lot of fun
• I liked the pixel art characters
• It has some very impressive character art

Cons:

• The management aspect could do with a bit more depth
• You do have to like monster girls and guys to appreciate this
