Pac-Man Battle Royale is an arcade game to capitalize on the ever-growing party game genre. The machines host up to four players, where each will compete to be the last man standing in a series of game rounds. There's no violence or beating each other up perse, so how exactly does the game work?

Blobs Gone Wild

So you're probably wondering how a battle royale would work in the Pac-Man World? Four players each take up the role of a different colored Pac-Man to face each other in a maze-like arena. Instead of the standard beat-em-up mechanics that the genre usually incorporates, Pac-Man Battle Royale has players playing the classic Pac-Man game competitively.

Each player will attempt to eat as many pellets as possible and score the most points, avoiding ghosts and getting ahead of your competing Pac-Men. Of course, players can be eliminated by running into enemies or eaten by a powered-up Pac-Man, giving the game a more intense, competitive edge.
