I was pretty shocked to learn that Pornocrates was actually based on a painting from 1878! This is a first-person lewd game and it is freaking weird! It is weird, but it was one of those experiences that I could not stop playing. There are not many lewd games done in this style and the whole fact that it is based on this historical painting was something that made the whole game just way more appealing to me.

Queen Of Pleasure

The story of the game is that Pornocrates is the queen of absolute pleasure. She hosts these parties that people who are all about sex come to from all over the world. The goal for each of the guests is banging Pornocrates. The thing is, she is not a “normal” person. If you do not satisfy her then she will turn you into a pig. I told you it was weird! I liked how you could find notes that filled in the lore and I did find myself very intrigued to find out exactly what she was.

Finding The Right Key

The game has a few different levels, but each level in Pornocrates is very similar. You walk around the party in first-person. You will need to find the right items in order to progress and of course, as this is a first-person game, there is also some combat. There will be these naked pig dudes with massive penises that want to attack you so you have to pull out your gun and blow them away!

The shooting mechanics are decent enough and it can actually be quite alarming when you are walking around looking for something and one of these naked creepy pig dudes comes for you. The problem the game has is that it runs pretty poorly. I have a solid gaming PC and this game for some strange reason pushed it to its limits. It had a very low frame rate and even crashed on me a few times too!

The Beautiful People

That is not a reference to the awesome song from Marlin Manson! Pornocrates is a great looking game. Ok, so great looking might be pushing it, but the game is certainly solid. When you are walking around the party, things are detailed enough and the only thing I was not keen on was the way the pig dudes were rocking these massive boners!

The sex scenes in this game are fantastic. The character models are very appealing to look at and they feature some excellent animation. I think I would go as far as to say that these are some of my favorite XXX, I have seen in a lewd game.

I think that Pornocrates is a very interesting game. From the whole premise it is based on, the lore in the game and those amazing sex scenes. This is a game that should have been a 9/10! The problem is the game just runs so poorly. I could not even imagine it working on a lower powered gaming PC! I think if it ran properly it would be a must play, as it is though, I could see many people getting frustrated before they get to the good stuff which is a real shame.

Pros:
