The Daddy Plan

Howdy folks, today I am sharing my thoughts, opinions, and ramblings with you on The Daddy Plan which is a lewd visual novel I just recently had the chance to play. It just got (well as of writing) a pretty substantial update that kicked things up several notches so if you played this a while back and did not get into it, you might want to give it a try now. I will warn you right off the bat, this is a game where incest is the main theme so if that is not your jam, you may want to think about if this is the game for you.

Work And Play

The idea of The Daddy Plan is that we are a single father who works at a school and we just so happen to have four very cute daughters. The twist here is that it is more the daughters who are trying to corrupt the father than the other way around. I guess this does kind of make it less creepy, but not by much. There are other storylines like a mysterious young woman from your past and also something with one of your work colleagues. I did think that it was interesting the daughters were at the same school we worked at.

Giving The Player What They Want

Out of all the lewd visual novels I have played over the years, The Daddy Plan is one of the most impressive when it comes to allowing the player to customize their experience. You get to change the names of the MC, the daughters, and the school. You also get to change their ages which is great, I made them all at least 18, but you can age them however you want. However, it was the quality of life changes it allowed that really impressed me. From changing the font, the box, the size of the text, and stuff like that. I like how the developer went above and beyond to make sure playing the game was just right for you.

We Are So Young Now

Look, this is a personal thing here, but the girls in The Daddy Plan are just too young for me. To be fair, it is only a couple of them as there are others that look like they are in their early 20s and they are great. The character renders are all well done and I think that they have done a really good job with a family resemblance here. They do not all look alike, but you can tell that there is some kind of family resemblance going on here. The game has a decent amount of polish to it and I do wish that the younger daughters did not look so young, but hey, that could just be me being too sensitive.

Straight To The Heart

Gameplay wise, The Daddy Plan is a decent lewd visual novel. You have a few ways that things can go and I will say that I found the fact that the daughters were trying to corrupt the dad rather interesting, plus the stuff with that chick from his past. It is not choc full of stuff that lets you shape the way things go, but overall, I think that the lewd visual novel gameplay is solid here. Plus, the way they let you cater the way the game looks and stuff with the character names can make this feel like a much more tailored experience.

Pros:

• The story here is very well-written and engaging
• It has an interesting twist with the daughters
• The visuals are very impressive
• It has some great customization options that let you control how the game looks

Cons:

• I did feel that the girls looked a little on the young side
• It may not be as choice heavy as some people like in a lewd visual novel
