If you like your RPGs lewd then The Proteus Effect is a game you have to check out. While this is a lewd game with a lot of XXX hentai type stuff going on. I actually would say that this is a game that made me laugh and smile more than anything else. It has a fun and quirky sense of humor and if that is what you are looking for in a game, as well as big boobs, of course, you have come to the right place.

The Dream Job That Could Be A Nightmare

One of the best aspects of the game is most certainly the story of the game. You play as a young man who has just gotten himself a dream job at a VR game company as a game’s tester. You get pretty invested in your new job, but it starts to take over your life. I mean it literally starts to take over your life!

You see in the story of The Proteus Effect you end up trapped in a virtual world. Sure, this is a story that has been done in movies, books, and even games before. However, what kicks things up a notch here is the fact that not only are you stuck in this virtual reality game world; you are also a very attractive young lady as well!

Haven’t I Been Here Before

At its core, this is your typical RPG style of game. Most of what you need to know can be found in your quest journal. This is very handy as it keeps you on task and lets you know what active quests you have on the go. It is far too easy to get lost and forget what you are doing in an RPG, but this one keeps you on track. The combat system in The Proteus Effect is that of a turn-based style. You can attack, use magic, use specials, and so on and it is very easy to get into. As you progress through the game, you will come across more and more colorful characters as you try to figure out what is going on with this VR game. The best part about this is that the places you go to are clearly modeled on classic video games, the first area for example has to be inspired by A Link to the Past which I thought was really cool.

A Mixture Of Styles

The way that the game looks is great. At first glance, it looks like this is your typical RPG maker style of RPG. There is nothing wrong with that and the game even though it does look like other RPG Maker games, has its own style and the top down stuff looks very good. What I liked about the game was that it also features some fantastic CGs as well and these are very high quality and let you see the characters in a different light if you know what I am saying.

The sexual content that is here is a real mixed bag. There is some pretty hardcore stuff, but then there is the stuff that is a bit more on the “sensual” side as well so I do feel in regards to the XXX content this is a game that has something for everyone.

Pros:

• The different game worlds you go to are awesome
• I liked the tongue in cheek style of the dialogue
• There is a good mix of XXX scenes
• The RPG gameplay, including the combat, is very fun

Cons:

• The music was really loud!
• I would love it if they could have managed some voice acting
