Full Service is a boys only visual novel game that is for adults only. It is the kind of game that sounds like it would be terrible, but there is a kind of charm here that made me want to keep playing and try and see as many of the endings as I could. The game is actually available on STEAM and it is one of the higher quality visual novel games that has been released over the last few years.
A Real Working Man
The story of the game is about a young guy called Tomoki. Tomoki works hard, but he wants some change in his life so he decides to head to the Full Service Spa to unwind and think about what he really wants from life. While there he realizes a few things about himself and in the sleepy city of Morningwood (see what they did there?) you are trying to find your place and love.
The story has different paths and different endings and there are many different characters that you can talk to and four that you can romance. The story I felt was quite charming and each of the main characters has their own personality so I am sure there will be one or two that you will gravitate towards. The story at points does contradict itself and makes little sense here and there, but for the most part, I loved it.
The Might Of The Pen
The artwork on offer here in Full Service is truly amazing stuff. The quality of the artwork is some of the best you will see in a visual novel. The facial work on each character is amazing and makes the guys look as lifelike as you can with an anime style. The whole game has a lot of color to it and if you like jacked and buff dudes, you will love the character models.
The game looks great, but the soundtrack is fun too. It has a cool j-pop kind of thing going on that fits the story and the characters very well. There is also some great voice acting in the game too and the guys doing the voice acting work did a fantastic job.
More Money Than I Know What To Do With
Full Service is a visual novel game and if you have played one or dabbled in this world before you will know what to expect here. You will get to select different parts of the city to go to and when you do you get to make various choices. When you chat to a character, you get to decide what Tomoki says or does and this will cause the relationship to progress in a certain direction.
You earn money as you play where you can buy stuff, but I found there is very little to actually buy in the game, but you end up with tons of money that is kind of pointless. There are different endings to get and a ton of CGs that you can unlock and look at too.
I think that Full Service is a damn fine visual novel game. In order to get the best out of this, boys only has to be something that you are cool with. There are plenty of choices to make as you play and the gameplay is deeper than many other visual novels. Best of all, the characters are great and well worth getting to know.
- Each of the characters you can woo feels unique
- The artwork in this game is amazing
- Your choices do feel like they matter
- There is a lot of content to get into here
- The story can get a bit weird sometimes
- It is only good if you like boys only visual novels

Full Service is a gay visual novel game that manages to have a lot of charm as well as dealing with some pretty heavy situations too. It is a game that is very well made and if you enjoyed the visual novel game, Camp Buddy, you are probably going to have a very interesting time with this one too. Those who like their visual novel games to have high production values will appreciate this.
Waking Up With/In Morningwood
The story of the game is about a young man called; Tomoki who lives in a place called Morningwood. He is a very hard worker, kind of uptight, but deep down a good dude. He wants to have a more interesting and fun life so one day he heads to the Full Service Spa and his life is changed forever. The game has many different dudes for you to “romance” so the story can go in many different directions.
What I think Full Service does very well is that it can be light-hearted, cute, sexy, and fun in places. However, it can also deal with more serious themes such as abuse and stalking so it is a story that can make you feel many different emotions.
Look At Those Abs!
One of the best things that the game has going for it is the art. This is a tremendous looking game with some very nice-looking characters. You have a solid selection of characters that you can talk to in the town as well as the guys you can get with. Each character has their own look and personality and there is a fair bit of attention to detail on the backgrounds as well.
I do wish that the game had some animation as there is very little of it here. Still, the over 200 CGs that you can look at will certainly impress you. The game has a lot of text to read, but it is a bit on the small side so I had to pay real close attention to what I was reading.
Picking The Right Stud!
Full Service is a visual novel game and the idea is that you romance and bang the guy of your dreams. What I liked about the way this game handled things was that you could romance a couple of guys at once and there is not seem to be any major repercussions for doing so. Each guy has their own story and the way it unfolds is dictated by the choices you make as you play. It may not be shaking the world of visual novels up and the “mini-games” are as basic as they come, but it still does what it does very well.
If you are looking for a gay visual novel game that is very well made you cannot go wrong with Full Service. This game has some amazing art that has a ton of personality to it. The selection of guys is great and I liked how the story was able to be fun in some places and also rather deep and worrying in others. If you are a fan of this type of visual novel game, you need to give this one a try.
- I liked the setting of Morningwood
- Each of the guys feels like a unique individual
- You have many choices to make as the story progresses
- Some of the choices can majorly change things
- The game has a great soundtrack!
- The writing is very small
- I wish it had more animations, especially the lewd scenes!
