Each main Planet Linoleum’s location has got a teleporting device that can be activated by using a card. But, they often leave Cosmic with a side-effect that requires to complete a puzzle. Cosmic goes through arcade sections to travel between adventure sections, where he needs to reach the other side of the level, avoiding free falls, enemies and picking up Cosmic candy at the same time. After collecting 10 candies he is given an extra life. A smallest contact makes Cosmic die, so instead of speed running a level, it's more effective to learn his foes' movement patterns and wait for a safe opening. Passwords are scattered at key locations.
