Paradise Lust

Howdy folks, today we are taking a look at Paradise Lust which is an upcoming lewd point and click/visual novel style game that as I write this is currently in early access. This is a very high-end kind of lewd game and one that is getting a full release on Steam with the nudity intact it looks like which is pretty cool.

Great Scott, The Moby Dick Has Breached!

The story that the game is telling is a great deal of fun. Our main character is a bartender on the Moby Dick, a luxury sea vessel that just so happens to be home to the Miss World Beauty Pageant! This is my idea of a dream job, let me tell you that! The only thing that threw a spanner in the works was the fact that the boat crashes on the shore of an island!

The story in Paradise Lust is about our “heroic” bartender who is trying to not just survive, but also make sure these beauties are well looked after and safe too. There is also a subplot where you are looking for your brother who was the captain of the boat and he has gone missing. It is pretty cool stuff; it looks like the perfect blend of lewd with an interesting story.

A Class Above The Rest

What really drew me to this game is the way that it looks. This is a lewd game that has some of the best-looking art I have seen in a very long time. It has a real “classiness” to it that many lower budget XXX games struggle to do. It is the linework, the curves, the backgrounds, and pretty much everything that makes this game stand out.

The babes are also very, very well drawn and while they are done in an animated style, they have a kind of realistic look to them which sounds like it would be at odds with each other, but it works very well.

Blended Like A Coconut Cocktail

The gameplay on the Steam page of Paradise Lust describes this as a point and click game, but it does also have elements of a visual novel as well as there is a great deal of talking and choosing your desired options. The game does also have a few simple mini-games that are there to help the gameplay stay a bit fresher.

Each character has their own backstory and a huge part of the game is getting to know them and find out who they are. Of course, having sex with them is also a huge part of what you need to get up to as well.

Pros:

• I loved the story of the game
• The island setting is really cool
• Lots of characters for you to interact with and try and bang!
• I liked the bit of mystery that the story had too
• The artwork is some of the best you will see in a lewd game

Cons:

• No word on when the game will be fully finished
• It could do with a bit more variety to the mini-games

I first played Paradise Lust a few years back and the game has been getting worked on very hard by the developer for quite some time. While there is already a sequel to this game, I just recently came back to the first game as it is now fully complete. I am honestly still amazed at how great this is. What we have here is a lewd point-and-click adventure game and it is just incredible in every sense of the word. I remembered liking this game, but it was even better than I remembered it being and it was like it had an extra layer of polish put into it since I played it last too.

Life On The High Sea

The plot of Paradise Lust starts off with us working as a bartender on this big fancy ship. A big fancy ship that just so happens to be the location of this big time beauty contest so the ship is full of hotties. Just imagine having a job like this! I love the way that the game plays into the fantasy aspect of things and it truly makes you feel like you are this lucky SOB bartender who is called Jack. While this is a dream job, things take a pretty wild turn quite quickly.

Not Your Usual Island

The big ass cruise ship that you are on crashes! The title, Paradise Lust is there because we end up washed up on this island. Of course, there are a bunch of hot beauty pageant models here too and they need us to look after them and meet all their needs. What is neat about the story in this game is that it is very character driven. You get to feel like you really do connect with these characters and they are all well-written and feel like unique individuals which is something that I always like. Plus, there is a subplot here where we are looking for our brother who has gone missing! In many ways, the way the story is presented to us kind of reminds me of those old Lucas Arts games like The Secret of Monkey Island only there is way more T and A here!

Charming, But So Sexy

Not only is the story of Paradise Lust presented like an old Lucas Arts or even a classic Sierra game, but the gameplay is very reminiscent of those types of games too. This is a classic point-and-click style game. You need to solve puzzles, chat with characters, figure out what items can be used where, and so on. It is very engaging stuff and I never came across anything that felt like it was cryptic for the sake of being so. With just a little thinking, all of the puzzles here are solvable without having to use a guide. There are also some neat mini-games. These range from word puzzles to a sliding puzzle type thing. You can even have fun with a naughty coloring book. This is one of those games that does many different things, but it does them all really well.

It Was A Beauty Pageant After All!

I cannot say enough positive things about the amazing presentation of Paradise Lust. This is about as high end and AAA as you can get when it comes to a lewd game. This actually got a full release on Steam and it is one of those games that I feel based on the visuals alone is more than worth its asking price. The hand drawn art style is great, the ladies are all very easy on the eyes and have amazing bodies too. I loved the animated sex scenes, they show a ton of personality, but they are also very hot as well. When you do get one of the many sex scenes that the game has to offer. As you have built this connection with the characters thanks to the engaging gameplay, it makes those sex scenes feel even more epic.

Pros:

• The story is very well told
• I liked how you built up a relationship with the different girls
• The presentation here is as perfect as you can get in a lewd game
• The point-and-click adventure gameplay is fun and challenging

Cons:

• I love this game, but I do prefer the sequel just a tad more vIt took the better part of four years for this to get over the finishing line
