Pride and Submission

If you love gay lewd games and BDSM, Pride and Submission is a game that you need to take a closer look at. I will admit, that the game is a bit rough around the edges, but you can tell that this was clearly a huge passion project for the developer. It does not take too long to play through and let me tell you, this is one hell of a memorable game. It actually has one of the most shocking scenes I have seen in a gay lewd game.

The Bad Prince Of Bel Air!

One of the things that attracted me to Pride and Submission was the fantasy setting. Our main character is a young prince and he is a bit of a jerk. You know the start of Beauty and the Beast where it tells you what an asshole the prince was? Well, think that, but worse and you will have a good indication of what this guy is all about. However, rather than just having fun playing as a jerk, this game takes a rather different approach.

A Monstrous Meeting!

The BDSM aspect is where this story of a rich arrogant prince in Pride and Submission takes a turn. You see, there is this monster who takes the prince and this monster is going to bang this prince and use him for his own sexual needs (and his monster buddies too) the idea is that gradually through all this the prince is going to learn the error of his ways and perhaps change! It is kind of like A Christmas Carol, but with may more aggressive gay sex than Scrooge got up to.

Some Kind Of Monster

What we have here is a lewd visual novel with a few light management mechanics. In Pride and Submission, the monster is trying to control the prince and break him. The prince has various stats that can be seen in the corner of the screen and the things that you do or say will affect these stats. Certain actions and scenes can only be obtained by getting certain stats to a certain number. The developer actually has a guide that they have done to help people if they want to make sure they are on the right track. It is pretty barebones and basic, as far as the gameplay goes, but it gets the job done.

Putting The XXX In Extreme BDSM!

The art of Pride and Submission is going to be something that you either love or it does nothing for you at all. We are talking the prince getting his nuts stomped on, vines pulling at the head of his penis and most disturbing of all, a scene where a little monster is coming out of his butt, I have a strong stomach for this kind of stuff, but that was even a step to far for me. The art here is drawn very well and there is a lot of animation here too so the game for being made by just one person does look good.

Pros:

• The gay BDSM theme is a bit rare
• If you get a kick out of monsters, you will love the art
• The BDSM is very extreme which I am sure some people will dig
• The art is very well done

Cons:

• Some of the XXX scenes were a tad too much for me
• The gameplay is not bad, but it feels like it needs something to make it more exciting
