The Ninja

The Ninja is a 1986 side-scrolling action game for Sega, where the protagonist, young ninja Kizamaru, decides to rescue a beauty from captivity and kill a villain.

Gameplay:

• Japan in 1630, Okami Province. An evil feudal lord seizes power in the region suppresses the peasants and imprisons the daughter of the past ruler
• The player stops the villain
• Kizamaru throws shurikens, attacks with his hands and can disappear for a split second
• The character's goal is to collect five green scrolls and get to the palace to kill the feudal lord

The Ninja is inspired by the classic arcade game Ninja Princess.
