Super Heroine Chronicle

Super Heroine Chronicle is a Japanese isometric role-playing game that brings together heroines from ten popular Japanese games that were released from 1985 to 2012. The authors purposely invented the original story to fit ten female warriors into one story.

Original sources and character dialogues

Super Heroine Chronicle put together a whole bunch of heroines. For example - Noelle Kazamatsuri, or characters from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, Zero no Tsukaima F, Super Sonico, also Noise - a character from Senki Zesshou Symphogear or Aria - the main character from the detective story Aria the Scarlet Bullet.

In between battles, the women have conversations. These conversations are not voiced. Only the credits allow you to understand the essence of the dialogue. In addition, important events are accompanied by three-minute clips with beautiful animation and sound. It is, after all, a miracle to see all these characters on the same screen. They have gone beyond their stories. Fans will love that their favorite characters got a chance to live in the new game and save the world again.

Gameplay

The gameplay is basic RPG, but there are a number of unique elements in the combat system! The units are controlled by special commands, which are displayed as squares on the banner at the bottom of the screen. Units are equipped with the ability to perform four basic commands: movement, combat posture, attack, and special skill. After attacking or waiting, the unit can choose the direction of movement from four directions (north, south, west, east). Which direction the player attacks from, and which direction the player is attacked from, affects hit percentage and survivability.

The game is turn-based, but what makes it unique is that applying a special skill does not take away a player's turn. In this regard, the developers of Super Heroine Chronicle have given more freedom than the developers of other turn-based RPGs. The execution of a skill can be undone, for example, to move to another, more advantageous location and pull off your plan again.

Each unit is endowed with one of the following attributes (or classes, in plainer terms):

• "Friend" attribute - low damage, but good support
• The "Link" attribute - a unit scout
• "Heart" attribute - versatile unit, but more focused on holding a position
• The "Heart" attribute is a unit that focuses on attacking.

It is necessary to build tactics based on the strengths and weaknesses of your army and combine different units, it is necessary to make advantageous ties.

Characters are endowed with a health bar - this is obvious, but there's more:

• Evasion Speed

W-Attack is an attack that is triggered when the enemy's health is at zero. It is the so-called Overkill (or knockout), which pushes the already exhausted enemy even more to the cliff of life.
