Farmer's Dreams

Wow is what I said many times when I was playing Farmer's Dreams. This is one of those games that does so many things right that I just wish it was a tad more polished. If you are a fan of lewd RPGs then you are the kind of person that this game is aimed at. I would say that the best way to describe this game is as something of a cross between Stardew Valley, Legend of Zelda with then a covering of some hardcore sex!

A Farmers Destiny!

You play as a farmer who is a bit of an average joe just trying to get by in this strange fantasy type of world. There is a bad storm that has ravaged the village you are living in and only you… the farmer can put it all back. Yes, the story is absurd, but it is done in a tongue in cheek kind of way so I think it works. You want to rebuild the farm so that you can help the town get back on its feet. However, you also have monsters to fight, thieves to deal with and of course lots of sexy ladies to bang!

Top Down, Pulling Your Top Down!

The art style of Farmer's Dreams is one that I really do like. The actual RPG sections of the game are down in a top down kind of style. This is something many RPGs do, but this one does it very, very well. Some of the game has a bit of a chibi kind of style to it and that I like. This is offset by these super smoking hot 3D character models that pop up on the side of the screen when you are talking to someone.

As far as the sex scenes go, they are very well done and super-hot. If you are coming here for hot ladies getting banged then you are not going to be disappointed with what is on offer here.

Starlewd Valley

I really do think that Stardew Valley is the best comparison here. You need to go and gather things, make money so that you can bring your farm from dire straits to something more respectable. There is always something to do and there are many other RPG type things you do such as quests. The thing is, I like the gameplay that is on offer here, but the problem is the game lacks some serious polish. By that I mean there have been occasions where quests do not pop up, I get stuck and the game freezes.

I really do want to say that Farmer's Dreams is a fantastic game. I feel that it is close, very close to that, but it is just lacking a bit of polish. The idea of the game is great and I like how it has a top down RPG style to it and the sex scenes are then done in full 3D and they look fantastic. If you can get past the bits of the game that are not that polished you are in for a good game here. I think that I am being generous with my score, but it is a game worth looking into.

• The premise of the game is fun
• It has a real tongue in cheek kind of style to it
• The presentation is great
• Some awesome sex scenes
• It has a Stardew Valley kind of feel to it

Cons:

• Sometimes quests do not work
• It lacks a bit of polish all around which can be annoying
