Nancy Drew: Treasure in the Royal Tower is a puzzle adventure game based on the famous series of books about detective Nancy Drew. The game was released in 2001 and is the third in the Nancy Drew series from Her Interactive. Nancy goes to a winter resort hotel located in a castle to spend time with friends. However, her vacation quickly turns into an investigation when she discovers that the castle hides ancient secrets and treasures. Nancy begins to investigate the mysterious events surrounding the disappearance of a historical artifact and encounters a variety of characters, each of whom can be both friend and foe. During the investigation, Nancy uncovers the history of the castle and its former inhabitants.
