The Sims 4: Deluxe Edition was born 8 years ago thanks to the hard work of the American development team The Sims Studio, that used to be called Maxis. For a long time now it has been a subsidiary of Electronic Arts. So EA is engaged in publishing the games of the series.

Originally the developers wanted to make the project on-line, but six months before the release date, they have dramatically changed their work. As a result The Sims 4: Deluxe Edition got non-linear gameplay without end goals. The blurred plot was also questionable. Over time, however, the game got much better through numerous additions.

In The Sims 4: Deluxe Edition the user can create from one to eight playable characters. All of them live in a town, for the most part, inhabited by friendly residents. Compared with previous games of the series and other similar projects (for example, SimCity), the project stands out at once with several interesting features. These are:

Of the shortcomings of the Deluxe Edition, only minor bugs in the controls are worth mentioning. But almost all of them have been fixed in the updates.
