Build a star ship and explore the stars by yourself or with friends as you find all of what the final frontier has to offer.

Gameplay

If I had to put a hat on it, I would say this game is most like Star Citizen tied with Space Engineers. You are able to build a ship to the requirements that suit you, engage in a space battle before jumping into an enemy base and shoot up the inside.

I will admit I was blown away by the ship building element, just like in Space Engineers; you are free to design your vessel and make sure it fits your purposes and flies true. Be in battle, exploration or trading, you’ll need to make sure the ship functions well. The ship builder is a very easy to use system that gets you excited to use it.

Outside of that, there is PvE and PvP combat, trading and mining with a great amount to see and learn. Join a faction and go in search of adventure for whatever your reasons may be.

Art Style

The art style has an interesting blend of simplistic yet vast. There’s a lot to see and everything looks pretty good, it’s clear to define what you’re looking at and everything is clear and pleasant to observe. There are a few things here and there that might not look perfect but the game is still receiving regular updates and I find less and less wrong with it each time. I find the art style to truly take shape when it comes to the ship editor; I had hours of fun with this. Able to create every aspects of it, from engineering to the bridge to the medical bay and more, you can choose the colours and style of your vessel that truly represents you. Beautifully rendered in the games engine, it’s the standout of the game and the art style accents it fantastically.

Multiplayer

The reason games like this exist, the multiplayer is fantastic. It’s well enough done that you can have a great time and not have to worry about rendering issues or bugs. Exploring with friends is an absolute blast and engaging enemies in combat as a team brings something really special to the gameplay.

With more and more being added as time progresses, this could easily wind up being an exceptionally fun game with lots of mini quests, adventures of activities for everyone to engage in.
