About the game

Now's when the real challenge begins, you know nothing about managing a hotel of course, but you have the building and money to do something about it. The problem is that you need to restore it so that it can serve other people while keeping in mind the budget for each task, which could be a bit tricky sometimes.

The goal is to make the place look great again so that visitors will start coming back, and you'll be able to build a reputation. You can do this through various tasks such as cleaning the rooms, gardening, or even fixing stuff. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that every single thing in this game needs attention.

But don't worry, there are plenty of ways to get help. First of all, you can hire staff members who will help you with the job itself. These include janitors, chefs, waiters, and maids, among others. But you also have the option of hiring a manager, so that he/she takes care of the finances, while you focus on improving the place. This way, things should move along faster than before.

At first glance, the interface looks a little simple, but it actually works quite well. The menu system is easy to understand, and everything is arranged nicely and straightforwardly. There aren't any issues with the graphics either, since they're crisp and clear, making sure that you can see all the details. Also, the music isn't annoying, and the gameplay is smooth and responsive. Overall, My Hotel is a very entertaining game that will keep you busy for hours on end.

Just like the Sims?

When you think of taking care of a building and all that simulation, it's usually games like The Sims that immediately jump to mind. However, MyHotel is completely different in terms of how you manage your hotel. In MyHotel you get involved in a first-person view of the hotel too. This means that you'll practically place all the items and all the new walls, furniture, and more by hand.

So, let's put it this way: if you liked The Sims, then you'll probably enjoy MyHotel as well. It's got a similar interface, and the whole management part is pretty similar to what you'd expect from The Sims. but in first person view. And keep in mind that the new design and decoration of the hotel is completely up to you. There are plenty of minigames involved in the redesign and construction of the hotel you want.

My Hotel is a good game for anyone who enjoys simulating in any kind of building. Not only that, it's also a good game for those who enjoy both managerial and building games. The graphics might not seem impressive, but they're quite nice, and they are very serviceable for what they need to do. The sound effects are also not bad, but the music could be better.
