Finding Bigfoot

Finding Bigfoot is a game about trying to find bigfoot… well that I guess is obvious. Anyway, this is a fantastic idea for a video game and one in all honesty that I am surprised has not been done before. If you like co-op-based games and games that have a lot of tension then I do feel that even in a rather rough state, Finding Bigfoot is worth taking a look at.

BIGFOOT!

The game plays like that of a first-person exploration/adventure/shooter game. It is for one to four players and let me tell you this is a game that you most certainly want to play on your own. You are part of a team that is heading into the woods after word of a missing group of hikers gets out. You know that bigfoot is responsible and now you and your team are going to hunt bigfoot down and prevent them from hurting someone else.

The Wild Hunt!

You may think that Finding Bigfoot is just about running around the woods and trying to kill bigfoot. Do not get me wrong there is plenty of that, but you will have to do other stuff as well. A huge part of the game actually is working together with your team in order to track bigfoot and this is done quite well. You will hunt tracks, use a drone and try to get the bearings of your surroundings. Weather and a day-night cycle make each hunt different as does the unpredictable nature of not just bigfoot, but the other animals that want to have you for lunch. One thing that the game does well is create a sense of tension. I would not say that the game is flat out scary. However, you are on edge, especially when you know you are near Bigfoot lair!

Watch Out For That Tree

I think that Finding Bigfoot has all the makings of a really cool multiplayer experience, but there are a few things that really prevent it from being amazing. The most annoying thing about the game is the bugs. I am not talking about the bugs in the wood either! Finding Bigfoot is a game that as I write this is in early access and in all honesty, it looks like the game is done.

This is a shame as when you are hunting bigfoot, he can get stuck in a tree, on a rock, in a wall and so on. It can really take you out of the game when the thing hunting you can’t get past a little rock.

I think that Finding Bigfoot is the kind of game that shows a great deal of promise. I really wish the developers had kept at this as the idea is great and when you are playing with friends and it is all working as it should, you are in for a good time. It just sucks that the bugs can spoil the experience.

Arm yourself with the most advanced technology and find the reason that makes people go as far away as possible and not come back.

Mystery of the Gloomy Woods

Armed with state-of-the-art technology and brave companions, embark on a journey that could cost you your life. One trailer alone, protecting you from wild beasts and a bone-chilling howl that can't belong to any of the forest's known inhabitants. What if the legend of Bigfoot is true? What if this huge prehistoric ape will kill? Will the missing people be found and will you be able to return alive from the murderous forest? It's up to your little company to find the answers to all the questions.

Together it's not so scary to die

Players can take on the role of an ancient monster or band together to avoid becoming dinner for evil. The gameplay is divided into several modes:

• Four-player multiplayer, where an artificial intelligence acts as Bigfoot
• Multiplayer, where a group of four tries to kill a fifth player who controls Bigfoot
• Single-player mode. Real Horror. Being trapped in a flimsy trailer and searching for a monster alone is the occupation of truly brave people

Legends come alive in the parks

The forest is not the same. You can search for the legend's chatty hero in different national parks in the U.S., including the famous Yellowstone Park. Not only does the flora change with each location, but also the fauna, so predators can vary. Survive in forest conditions, because in addition bigfoot can kill an elementary wolf.
