Those of you who like visual novel XXX games will probably be interested in what Pact with a Witch is offering. As I write this the game is free to play and also in Early Access so that is something to think about. The game is not yet 100 percent finished yet, but I do still feel that it is worth taking a look at.

The story of this game is one that is very, very interesting. I am not a fan of “rape games” at all, but rape is the theme of the story here, but it is handled in a rather different way. You see the witch in Pact with a Witch was being sexually assaulted by a friend of the person you are playing as. You step in to save her, but not before she bites your friend. This bite is not a normal bite. You see, your friend is now going to turn into a woman!

The way you can stop this happening is by going on three dates with this witch and winning her affections. The story is very strange, but it kind of works. You are trying to save your friend, but you have all kinds of mixed-up feelings for your friend, the witch, and another big-boobed character!

It Is Not Porn!

One of the interesting things about Pact with a Witch is that they are marketing the game by saying it is not a porn game, it is a visual novel game with porn in it. I guess you could argue that it is kind of true, but most of what you would expect from an XXX hentai style game is here. The art style is very slick and I do like how diverse each of the three characters you interact with is. One strange thing is that the game is for some reason set in Barcelona, but you would not really know it. I am not sure what the point in this was as the Barcelona setting, they make a point to set up never means anything.

Choose Wisely

Ok, so the game is not yet 100 percent finished, but you still have plenty of choices to make. So, most of the game is reading the story, but you do have some decisions to make. These can make the story go in a certain direction and improve or worsen the relationship with one of the ladies. It is something you have seen before in a game like this.

So far, the game I felt was pushing me in a certain direction. I have a feeling that once it is finished your choices will have more of an impact.

I was kind of turned off by Pact with a Witch at first when I heard it was a game about rape. However, it is not quite what you would think and I do feel that the game deals with sexual assault in a way that is different from other XXX visual novel style games. Even though it is not finished, I would say that this one is worth checking out.
