Suzukuri Dragon is a Japanese RPG, the main character is a dragon-man who lives in a dungeon full of traps and monsters and extorts gold and captures women. The story is set in medieval Europe.

Plot:

The dragon man had to possess a huge nest and many treasures in order to marry
The player is forced to attack nearby villages in order to steal from them and accumulate battle experience
To fend off raids by people who want their possessions back, the player will raise battle monsters in the nest
