Beholder is a strategy game inspired by popular dystopias, where the main player is a tyrant named Karl Stein. Carl runs an entire house: many people's lives depend on his political views.

Gameplay:

The previous owner of the house is forcibly removed to the Ministry of Order. Was too soft and inactive. The player finds himself in his place
The player's task is to spy on the tenants in order to spot opponents of the regime and rebels of all stripes
The tools are many: cameras, sleeping pills, snitches
The authorities send documents of forbidden actions: possession of weapons, production of leaflets, eating fish. Watch for compliance
