Building your own drug empire spliff-by-spliff

So, in Drug Dealer Simulator 2 you are going to be building your own drug dealing empire. You will start off as a nobody, building up your empire from the smallest quantities and lowest quality of stuff. This first-person co-op sim will see you move around in an open world as you try and build your own drug empire from the ground up.

The premise is simple: move around the open world meeting new contacts, creating drugs, and selling them. You will be starting your empire on the Isla Sombra, which is going to see you managing a budding drug cartel from almost nothing. The visuals are pretty good for what is a rather mid-tier game in terms of budge, and there is certainly more detail visually than the original provided.

It might not be quite the same as games like Brewpub Simulator, but it definitely contains many of the same beats and ideas that made other sim game stake off. Can you help Eddie turn his dreams of being a drug cartel boss into a reality? The simulator provides more than enough opportunity to do just that.

A great concept that definitely needs some more time in the tub (7.5/10)

The initial impressions of Drug Dealer Simulator 2 are of a game that has a wonderful premise but probably needs more work. It boasts more size and more opportunity than the original Drug Dealer Simulator, but it is yet to show us what you can really do that makes this unique or new. Your job is going to be building up a drug empire in a fictional early 2000s world – how you get there depends on your own strategy.

You start out with nothing, and you need to start making connections ASAP. This involves creating hideouts, finding clients, building supply lines, and then slowly but expanding from one town and city to the next. Of course, this means you will irritate the other dealers, so you need to be ready to be challenged and face retribution if you get a touch too big for your boots.
