Haven Park is a wonderful, colourful game full of more positivity and cuteness than you could ever ask for. If a relaxing game like this sounds like your kind of thing, then be sure to read on, as I’m going to go over a bunch of the game's features. Who knows, maybe by the end I'll have convinced you to download Haven Park for yourself! Anyway, let's jump straight into things.

A charming cast of characters

Haven Park features a whole host of loveable, charming characters that you’ll meet during your playthrough. The characters remind me a lot of those you’d find in Animal Crossing, so if you’re a big fan of that game series, I guarantee you’ll enjoy Haven Park. Every NPC interaction is adorable and is sure to bring a smile to your face.

Build up your park

In Haven Park, you play as Flint, a young anthropomorphic bird doing his best to take over running his grandma’s park. It’s your job to chat with the campers, listen to their requests, and build what is desired to suit everyone’s needs and keep everyone happy. You’ll need to collect materials first, but it won’t take long, and you’ll be building up your perfect park in no time.

There are all kinds of cool structures you’ll be able to build, and over time you’ll even unlock more characters to interact with as your park expands. How cool is that?

Take everything at your own pace

This game is all about relaxing and having fun, so there’s never any need to stress about getting things done right away. Explore the island, chat with campers, and enjoy the story! Though short, the game has a lot to offer, so just take your time and make the most of it. There are even a bunch of secrets dotted about the island for you to discover. Will you be able to find them all?

Simple yet beautiful graphics

Games are often defined by their graphics, but that isn’t the case here. Even though the graphics are quite basic, they’re full of life and colour and the lack of intricate details doesn’t take away from the experience at all. Sometimes simple is better, and Haven Park is a perfect example of games not needing top tier graphics to still be great.

Haven Park is a very short game, but well worth playing for the charming experience it offers. If you’re a fan of relaxing games that help you escape from the real world for a bit, then Haven Park is definitely the game for you. Be sure to check it out, especially if you’re into games like Animal Crossing or Stardew Valley as they’re all very similar in style.
