Marvel vs. Capcom Origins is a fighting game that brings together representatives of two universes. Meet the Marvel Comics universe and the Capcom game universe in the fighting ring. The game itself is a peculiar compilation of two separate games: Marvel Super Heroes and Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes. The pixelated arcade pits Marvel heroes, villains and antagonists against Capcom game characters. Unique combat mechanics and techniques do not affect the overall game balance in any way.
