Police Simulator 18

Police Simulator 18 is one of the coolest and most unique games around since you fully simulate the life of a cop. You enjoy the day to day experiences of a United States police officer, which can be really busy. Your abilities and daily activities in this game include arresting criminals for various crimes, but also stopping people for traffic violations or helping clear up car accidents. This game truly does simulate everything that a cop has to go through on a daily basis, with some exciting moments and some not so exciting.

Police Order

What also makes this game special is the various ways you can catch criminals just like real life. Of course you can use a cop cruiser, or you can start to chase criminals down on foot. Not only can you chase criminals or cars in your cruiser, but there are three different kinds of cop cars that you can choose from!

You start out with the typical police sedan, but you can also use a fast muscle car or a full size SUV. You will earn these different cars as you progress throughout the game, but each of them are equipped with sirens that will stop everyone in sight.

Besides that you also have the ability to investigate criminals who are suspected of bigger crimes. This can even include interrogating them or looking for evidence at the crime scene. What also makes this game unique, and a little unrealistic, is the fact that you can stop any citizen on the street and search them. Typically in real life you need a search warrant or to suspect them of an actual crime, but they leave that out in this video game.

Co-Op Mod

In addition to the gameplay, another cool feature is that the game includes a two player cooperative mode. This mode lets you and your friend ride either in the same vehicle or in two separate cruisers saving your town from crime. I imagine this would be a ton of fun and can make for some really cool memories.

Another thing that makes this game unique is the fact that it has an open world covering 3.8 square miles. That is a ton of space in one game, so it includes different districts within the major city. This includes a residential, industrial, and financial district with all kinds of crime! You’ll always have something to do whenever you play this game, that’s for sure!

Personal Review

Although I have yet to play this game, it sounds like a ton of fun to me. I could totally see myself playing this game with my brothers, having a fun time driving around and arresting people.
