Madden NFL 23 promises a lot of improvements over previous titles, and it also offers a lot of new features that seem to be exciting. Not only are there going to be free agency tools and additional trade factors, but we can also expect to see some brand-new animations. So we can expect to have some improvements to make this one a better time experience overall.

Whether you’re playing in an online league, head-to-head against your cousin next door, or taking on the AI in single-player mode, there is plenty of replay value here for anyone who enjoys EA Sports' series of games. The gameplay is fluid and easy to get into for newcomers but has enough nuance that it will keep veterans coming back time after time.

Online multiplayer is a lot of fun. You can play against your friends, or you can play against strangers from all over the world. You can even play against people from different countries! Before you start playing, it's important to select your team. The selection process typically includes choosing your play style, offensive and defensive schemes, play calls, formation, and personnel. You can also choose whether or not to utilize a running back or use a tight end instead. The defensive alignment is probably the easiest option on this list because it only involves placing players in certain positions around the field with no need for any special skills or experience levels that could help determine who makes it into each spot.*

What To Expect

One of the few disappointments with the game is that it doesn't seem to offer any more variety than it did in last year's version. As mentioned before, this is not necessarily a bad thing, but if you're looking for something new and different from past versions of Madden NFL 23, you won't find it here. While there may be some changes and improvements, it isn’t anything that is going to make the game a whole new experience or anything like that.

You can still play one-on-one matches between players or teams and hire coaches to train your team, but beyond that, there isn't much new content included with this game other than some minor additions like new uniforms and stadiums (which we admit are pretty cool).

Conclusion

Madden NFL 23 is a great football game that does a lot of things right, but sadly it seems that we can’t expect to see a brand new game that is going to change the way the whole game is. And while that is expected with these types of games to only have some minor changes, like we’re used to seeing in games like FIFA and NBA 2K, getting only a few changes and adjustments made can be a bit underwhelming and can leave some fans disappointed.
