Who doesn't love a good card game? They are pretty exciting and intense, and most of the time they are pretty fun to play. Not to mention just how competitive they can get. Now, we also love simulation games, and racing sims are incredible for that. But what happens if we also add the element of repairing, building, and customizing our cars? Well, Underground Garage is going to be exploring that idea in a new and original way.

So, what’s this game all about? Is it just more of the same in racing games? Well, let’s talk about that.

About the game

In Underground Garage we take on the role of a mechanic in the illegal street racing business. This means getting all the way in this underground world, and that includes buying used cars, getting them repaired and tuned up to be the coolest and fastest cars.

You can create cars that seem to be taken out directly out of a Fast and Furious movie. Here the repair part is a critical part of the gameplay, as 50% of the entire experience is a mechanic simulator where you’ll have to do all the work to get the cars up and running, and running really fast that is.

Start your career from the ground, basic repairs, developing skills upgrading your garage, and learning new abilities. There are more than 30 vehicles to choose from, and fill them with nitro and neon.

Then you can even race with them and get all the street cred you can imagine. Can you become the king of underground street racing?

Neon and nitro

This game has a really deep level of customizing and working on the cars, as a simulation game should be. Similar to titles like Need for Speed Underground, you have to tune your cars to be really exaggerated, neon lights all over the place and fill it up with nitro to make it the fastest around.

It's fun to see the similarities in how we customize gaming computers just like they customize these cars. Putting as many crazy lights as we can and making them stand out as much as humanly possible. Even gaming chairs are based on racing cars chairs most of the time!

Underground Garage is a really cool and original title. While we have many simulation games like this, it is strange to see one in which we actually get to use the machine we are working on. And that is the case here, as we get to experience the intense night races, assemble the car, customize it however we like, and win the reputation all by ourselves. It is really a full-time job.
