Well, today we'll be checking one that adds an interesting twist on that formula. The name is FarmZone, and it's developed by Exwalt. Alright so, FarmZone is not your average farm game, it is actually an open-world adventure game that will have you playing for many hours at a time. In case you haven’t guessed yet, the main focus of this game is to run and manage a farm. Now, if that doesn't sound like something new or exciting then you're completely right, but wait until you hear what this game has to offer.

In this open-world adventure game, you'll be able to explore villages all over the map, find new farms, build your very own farm, and collect resources. But beware, many zombies are roaming the world and you need to be able to defend yourself against such threats. Not to mention the most important thing, and that is that you'll have to keep YOUR farm safe from the zombies.

As you can see, this game offers much more than just managing a farm. And those things we've already talked about are only some of the many features that it has. There's also a crafting system, farming tools, and much more. This game is perfect for anyone who wants to experience the life of a farmer, as well as for fans of zombie-based games.

From zero to hero

You start this game without much at your name, you pretty much just have a small shack and some field, and that's it, you just have to be the best you can out of it. As time goes by, you'll be able to upgrade your house and make it bigger, and add more land and fields to expand your farm even further. And don't forget the zombies! They want nothing but to destroy everything you worked so hard on building. In a certain way, it is a little like Plants vs Zombies, but you'll wish that planting a lot of plants would save you from the zombies here. The game has pretty simple gameplay, and it's really easy to learn how to play. It takes some time to understand the controls, but once you get used to them, the whole thing becomes quite enjoyable.

FarmZone is an interesting game, it presents an open-world adventure into a farm management game, and that’s something you don’t see every day. However, it’s pretty fun to play, especially once you get to grow your farm big enough. However, even though it is an open-world game, it does feel a little empty and bare. It feels unfinished too, but that’s the main reason the score we gave it is low, what’s in the game is really fun to play, and you should really give it a shot!
