Mortal Kombat 11 is the latest installment of the legendary fighting game franchise, Mortal Kombat. With this game, NetherRealm Studios has introduced a new graphics engine that provides stunning visuals and flawless animations. MK11 also offers a cinematic story mode that continues from the endings of the previous game, as well as an expansive list of customization options that allow players to design their fighters with unique moves and abilities.

Kreating Something Better

Mortal Kombat 11 is the sequel to 2015s Mortal Kombat X and was released on April 23. It's a fighting game in which players control characters from an extensive lineup with the goal of depleting their opponents' life bars. The game includes multiple modes, including single-player story campaigns for each character, local versus-style battle matches against other players or AI opponents, and online matches against people worldwide who are playing either privately or with friends.

Mortal Kombat 11 features several returning characters, including series veterans like Scorpion and Sub-Zero, alongside newcomers like Geras, who can manipulate time. Mortal Kombat 11 also introduces the first female boss in Mortal Kombat history: Kronika.

One of the new additions to Mortal Kombat 11 is the ability to select different variations of each character. The game has a new variation system that allows you to customize your characters by choosing three styles per character, each with its unique style and special moves. So instead of just having one Scorpion or Sub-Zero, you can have three versions of them based on whether they favor ranged attacks, close-range combat, or none! You can even choose any style by itself if none are available in an online matchmaking setting.

A New Kronic Unfolds

The game also has a pretty robust single-player story mode that picks up directly after the events of Mortal Kombat X. It's well-written and entertaining, but it's not for the faint of heart. The violence is over-the-top, but it has its kind of charm as well.

The new Kronika character is introduced as she attempts to rewrite history using time travel. Kronika is from the future, but she's been manipulating time since even Shao Kahn took over Outworld thousands of years ago—she's been around since before Mortal Kombat even existed! She's the main antagonist in the story mode, and it's up to you and your favorite fighters to stop her.

In terms of gameplay, Mortal Kombat 11 is like most other modern fighting games: there are two characters on screen at any one time; like many in its class, there are many different ways for players to do damage during fights. The game can be easy to play but is insanely hard to master. It has various layers and a very in-depth complexity between input combos and matchups that allow for hardcore gamers to have countless hours of fun.

Mortal Kombat 11 is a fighting game. It is violent and gory but fun nonetheless. If you're new to fighting games, it's great to start with because it has a ton of tutorials that'll teach you all the basics of combat and combos. But if you're an experienced player already, this game will give you enough challenge to keep things fresh if you're looking for a new fighting game to sink your teeth into, then we highly recommend checking out Mortal Kombat 11!

If you think this might be too violent for you, other great fighting games are Street Fighter V, Tekken 7, Injustice 2, and Super Smash Bros.
