If you ever dreamed of exploring space, Spaceflight Simulator can help you fulfill that need. In it, you get to now only build and design your rocketships, but you can also plan when to launch it, choose its destination and so much more. If you want to just send your ship to orbit a planet you can do that, but you can also launch it, land it on another planet, and also build and deploy rovers on them so that you can further explore it. In Spaceflight Simulator, not even the sky is the limit.
Trial And Error
Building a ship, and launching it might be easy at first, but the real complications start when you being to want even more than that. You need to be able to not only design a functioning ship but also figure out how to land it.
Different missions will require different types of ships, so it might take some time before you can master the art of designing ships that are best suited for each type of scenario. Navigating through the solar system also won’t be easy, and you will also need to be prepared to land your ship on all types of planets, as each one of them has its unique gravitational pull.
But don’t be scared to mess around, and try to build every type of rocketship that you can imagine. Building them with expertise will take some time, as every single part that is used on the ship will affect how it functions. The game has real-world physics, so you will need to think hard before building a functioning rocketship, and plan exactly how you want it to work every step of the way. The landing gear isn’t the only thing you need to worry about, so be prepared to face any surprises that come along the way. And remember, if at first, you don’t succeed, try, try again.
Explore The Universe
There are plenty of planets that you will be able to explore in Spaceflight Simulator. You will start on Earth, but you are free to go and explore the Moon, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Phobos, Deimos, Mars, Io, Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto. Each one of these will have its difficulty, so at first, it would be better if you start with some of the planets that are close to Earth, so that you can more familiar with how the game works. So after some time, when you’re finally feeling comfortable with building rocket ships, and designing every single aspect of it, feel free to explore anywhere you want, and if you’re feeling confident, you can also make things more challenging.
If you ever played Kerbal Space Program before, then you might feel more comfortable when playing Spaceflight Simulator.
Both of these games are similar and extremely fun. If you can’t wait to play it, the game is currently on early access, so if you don’t mind coming across some bugs, go ahead and try it. Spaceflight Simulator is going to be released sometime in 2022.
