It's always great to see developers come up with new ways to tackle themes we've seen many times already. The time travel idea is something we used to see more in pop culture, but since it is actually pretty hard to deal with, is not as common as you might expect it to be. This time we are taking a look at the time-traveling idea from a different perspective in Time Loader. This game comes from the Flazm Interactive developing team and is published by META Publishing. So, let's see what Time Loader is all about!

About the game

Time loader is, overall, a physics-based game set in which you'll have to face many different puzzles and are free to find the best way to solve them, most of the time.

Here we control a tiny robot and we are sent back in time to prevent an accident from the past from taking place. This means we're sent back to the house we were created in, but in the 90s, and we need to find the best tools and objects to upgrade our robot as we complete our mission.

Using household items and toys we’ll have to face all kinds of crazy puzzles from the perspective of this tiny little robot. Explore your surroundings and see what object would quit your robot the best to use as upgrades, but keep in mind one of the most important things about time traveling: Everything you do in the past has consequences in the future, and you may not be able to deal with some of them if you’re not careful enough.

Back to the past

Since you're going back to a house from the 90s you can expect to see different toys and objects from that decade that will really bring back some memories for some players. You can think of this game, in many ways, like a Chibi Robo mixed with time traveling and puzzle-solving.

Seeing the world from this small robot'¿s perspective is really a unique experience, and with all the memorabilia from the past, many players will be able to feel identified by the surroundings in the Time loader. For most of them, they will feel like traveling to their own younger years, and that in itself is already worth playing.

Time Loader is a really cute game, with excellent visuals and great gameplay. The art style really brings the game to life and makes you feel as if you're in a Pixar film. The puzzles are fun and exciting and the gameplay is immersive even though it's pretty easy to understand.

You can have a lot of fun exploring the surroundings and finding all the retro items and even music that will bring back so many memories for those who grew up in the 90s. But this is not only a beautiful experience for them, as it's pretty fun for the younger players to see just how different the world and technology were just around 20 years ago.
