As you explore this flying hospital you’re going to cross paths with all types of people, and each one of them have their own unique life and events that happen. And as time goes by, life happens, and characters will continue living whether you interact with them or not. So each day is filled with unique interactions that can happen. So you are able to craft your own story as you get to choose the people you’re going to be interacting with, and which story you’re going to follow. Each character that you come across in this hospital is unique and interesting. Some might be charming and friendly, while others might be rude and boring. There are all types of characters that you’re going to interact with, and sometimes they will also come and talk with you. This mechanic gives the game a lot of replayability, as in different playthroughs you’re going to be able to discover new things and new events that you might have previously missed.

You are free to interact with all the characters however you see fit, you are free to follow them around and simply eavesdrop in their conversations, or if you want to you can interact and directly participate in their discussion.
