Together with his brother Luigi they are engaged in saving the princess from the funny creatures and the mighty dragon. And the action of the games of the series takes place in a colorful cartoon universe. Mario Party: Island Tour is not an exception. It is a great story that perfectly complements the franchise.

Mario Party: Island Tour is another party video game that is fun to immerse yourself in, both alone and with your friends. It is the third project in the Mario Party branch and the twelfth in the main series. The project was created by the Japanese studio NDcube with the direct participation of Satoru Iwata, Yukio Umematsu and Michihito Ishizuka. The arcade game was published by Nintendo. It was released in 2013. And then for several years there were re-releases and revised versions of the product.

Like the two previous parts of Mario Party, Island Tour is a mixture of a board game with a lot of events and minigames. It includes two modes:

The basic version of Mario Party: Island Tour consists of seven game boards, each one distinguished by several unique features. A total of 81 new mini-games found their way into the project.

The project has 10 available game characters. Among them, not only familiar to many Mario, Princess Peach, Luigi and Daisy, but also more outlandish characters. For example, Bowser Jr. and Boo. The winner is the one who gets to the finish line of each board the fastest, and collects the maximum number of mini-stars.
